  • Publication number: 20240235307
Abstract: The invention relates to an electrical conductor for a stator of a rotary electric machine, in the form of a U-shaped hairpin, having: —first and second legs intended to extend axially in a first slot A and a second slot R, respectively, of the stator, —a bundle portion connected to the first and second legs of the electrical conductor in each case by an oblique portion, —the two oblique portions being in the form of a helical portion.

  • Patent number: 11848528
Abstract: A method for making a bayonet connecting element for a connector, according to which a connecting element body, with a hollow cylindrical general shape is made. The method includes making a through bore by drilling a wall of the body of the connecting element, from the outer surface of the wall. The outer surface of the wall is machined around the bore so as to create a conical contact surface around the bore. A lug is inserted into the bore, from the outer surface of the wall, so that a head of the lug projects from the outer surface of the wall of the connecting element. The lug having a conical contact surface corresponding to the conical contact surface of the bore.

  • Patent number: 8348690
Abstract: A bayonet connecting element and a process for the production of such a connecting element (1) for an electrical or optical connector, according to which a body (2), with a general hollow cylindrical shape, is produced, includes the following additional stages: a) a through bore (12) is made by piercing a wall (5) of the body of the connecting element from the outer surface (10) of the wall; b) the outer surface of the wall around the bore is machined in such a way as to hollow out a flat surface (11) around the bore; c) a lug (4) is inserted into the bore, from the outer surface of the wall, in such a way that a head (8) of the lug is projecting from the outer surface of the wall of the connecting element.
