  • Publication number: 20260225333
Abstract: A system and method for finishing a composite panel having undesired pores formed therethrough. A sander receives and scuffs up one or more surfaces of the composite panel and a roller receives liquid UV sealant from a source of UV sealant and rolls the UV sealant onto at least one surface of the composite panel, such that the UV sealant at least partially fills the pores. Then, a curing apparatus cures the UV sealant applied to the composite panel. The sanding, UV application, and curing steps may be performed once or numerous times depending on how many layers are needed to sufficiently smooth out surfaces of the composite panel such that the pores are no longer detectable, and the finished surfaces of the composite panel are ready for painting or other post-finishing processes/subsequent decorative applications.

  • Publication number: 20260169324
Abstract: An integrated display device cabinet door includes a cabinet door for supporting a display device. The door includes a device frame which holds the display device in the door and fits between an outer shell and backing panel. A channel is formed into the door, which receives wiring from the display device and provides a path for the wiring to be carried away from the display device and out of the door. The door includes an opening, which exposes the screen of the display device on a façade of the cabinet door.

  • Patent number: 12516691
Abstract: Disclosed is a system for connecting an edge of one panel to an edge of a second panel. Recesses are formed into the edges of each panel, and two distinct inserts are pressed into and held within the recesses. The inserts include holes for receiving epoxy, and epoxy conducting shafts and circuits are formed on the outside of the inserts to assist in the encapsulation of the insert within each panel edge.

  • Publication number: 20250062641
Abstract: A wireless charging table for use in an aircraft includes a frame assembly for mounting the wireless charging table within the aircraft; a table leaf support coupled to the frame assembly and maneuverable between a stowed position and a deployed position; a main table leaf mounted to the table leaf support and having a power unit; and an electrical system to provide power to the power unit when the table leaf support is in the deployed position. When the table leaf support is in the deployed position, an electrical connection is established between a power source and the power unit, and when the table leaf support is in the stowed position, the electrical connection is broken between the power source and the power unit. The power unit is to provide wireless charging to one or more devices when the electrical connection is established.

  • Patent number: 11913482
Abstract: A system for connecting two panels together. A recess is formed in the edge of one panel, and an insert is pressed into and held within the recess. The top of the insert includes holes for receiving epoxy, and epoxy conducting shafts and circuits formed on the outside of the insert assist in the encapsulation of the insert within the panel edge. The top of the insert includes an aperture formed such that a fastener can be received into a cavity formed in the recess and then driven to be secured into a fastener-receiving insert installed into the second panel.
