  • Patent number: 11223624
Abstract: A system and method for recursive propagating application access control relate to managing third-party application access to content files and folders on a cloud storage system. The access control system may receive an access authorization indication to grant a third-party entity access to a parent folder containing a first file, and then modify an access control rule associated with the parent folder based on the access authorization indication. The modified access control rule is propagated to a child folder of the parent folder, and thus the third-party entity is granted access to a second file in the child folder based on the modified access control rule. The second file shares a common attribute with the first file, 1 and the modified access control rule specifies the common attribute.

Abstract: A recyclable, laminated polyolefin-based film structure comprises two or more film plies laminated to each other. Each of the laminated film plies comprises one or more polyolefin-based films. The film structure has an energy-cured coating layer disposed on the outermost outward facing surface of the film structure and a printed ink layer on an interior surface of one of the polyolefin-based polyolefin layers. In certain embodiments, the outermost surface of the laminated polyolefin-based film structure has a melting temperature which is at least 100 degrees Celsius, and more preferably 180 degrees Celsius, higher than a melting temperature of the innermost surface of the laminated polyolefin-based film structure.

  • Patent number: 11168719
Abstract: Decking hangers (e.g., strut hangers, flexible hangers, combinations thereof, or the like) are utilized along with keys (e.g., continuous keys, discontinuous keys, combination thereof, or the like) to hang decking components from structural decking (e.g., fluted steel structural decking, or the like). The decking hangers may be rigid and/or flexible, and include an adjustment that allows one end of the hanger to move with respect to another end. The keys may be continuous and run longitudinally parallel with the direction of the webs of the flutes of the decking. Alternatively, the keys may be discontinuous having a continuous side (e.g., continuous perimeter), or multiple sides, that enclose a corresponding connector at an end of a hanger. The keys provide different locations for installing the hangers and/or providing multiple (e.g., two or more) points of connection on at least one end of a single hanger.

  • Publication number: 20210314490
Abstract: Embodiments are described for a stabilization system configured, in some embodiments, for stabilizing image capture from an aerial vehicle (e.g., a UAV). According to some embodiments, the stabilization systems employs both active and passive stabilization means. A passive stabilization assembly includes a counter-balanced suspension system that includes an elongated arm that extends into and is coupled to the body of a vehicle. The counter-balanced suspension system passively stabilizes a mounted device such as an image capture device to counter motion of the UAV while in use. In some embodiment the counter-balanced suspension system passively stabilizes a mounted image capture assembly that includes active stabilization means (e.g., a motorized gimbal and/or electronic image stabilization). In some embodiments, the active and passive stabilization means operate together to effectively stabilize a mounted image capture device to counter a wide range of motion characteristics.

  • Publication number: 20210257463
Abstract: An apparatus includes a heterostructure including a substrate of Group-III-nitride material, a source layer including a dopant positioned on a surface of the substrate, and a conductive cap layer positioned on the source layer. A method of electric field-enhanced impurity diffusion includes obtaining a heterostructure including a substrate of Group-III-nitride semiconductor material, a source layer including a dopant positioned directly on the substrate, and a conductive cap layer positioned above the source layer, and applying a thermal annealing treatment to the heterostructure. An electric field gradient is established within the source layer and the cap layer for causing diffusion of an element from the substrate to the cap layer, and for causing diffusion of the dopant from the source layer to a former location of the element in the substrate thereby changing a conductivity and/or magnetic characteristic of the substrate.

  • Patent number: 10808403
Abstract: The invention relates to structural panel systems which utilize different configurations to increase the flexibility of the panel systems. The increased flexibility of the panel systems may be achieved through the use of improved connection patterns and/or improved sidelap strength. The improved sidelap strength may be achieved through the use of a reinforcing member between edges of the panels or other sidelap configurations that improve the strength of the system along the sidelaps. The increased flexibility may also be achieved through the use of orienting flutes of the panels in the same direction as the supports members of the panel systems. The different aspects of the invention that improve the flexibility of the systems may be utilized alone or in combination with each other to improve the wall panel systems or roof panel systems, or combinations thereof, to improve the displacement capacity of the panel systems for in-plane shear loading.

  • Publication number: 20200230492
Abstract: One embodiment of a portable rotatable spinner to be used in combination with a pencil and an educational curriculum worksheet, where said worksheet incorporates a spinner-type game board image, and where said game board is used by students to generate random results or data. The spinner has an arrow-shaped body. Located midpoint of the body is an integrally-formed, vertically-oriented cylinder. Said cylinder extends symmetrically from the upper and lower surfaces of the body. Through said cylinder is a hole or aperture, said aperture having an internal diameter slightly larger than the diameter of a pencil. In use, the spinner is placed on top of a worksheet and aligned over the game board. A pencil is inserted through the spinner. One hand holds the pencil vertically while the other hand flicks the spinner. The spinner rotates freely about the pencil until coming to rest.
