Abstract: A system, including a pin having a first cylindrical portion defining a first central axis and a second cylindrical portion defining a second central axis that is parallel to and offset from the first central axis, a first plate with a first aperture matching with the cross section of the first cylindrical portion; a second plate with a second aperture matching with the cross section of the second cylindrical portion, the second plate lying against the first plate where the first cylindrical portion of the pin is inserted in the first aperture and includes a first surface that axially abuts against the second plate and wherein the second cylindrical portion of the pin is inserted in the second aperture and includes a second surface that axially abuts against the first plate.

Abstract: A system for controlled meter parking of road vehicles comprising a parking meter and a portable terminal for use by a checker of the controlled meter parking. A keyboard allows drivers to enter vehicle data. A parking time limit is calculated as the function of the amount of money paid. The parking meter then stores pairs of data items, where each pair contains a vehicle data item and an associated parking time limit. In one embodiment, the amount of money is read from a memory card to allow the driver to receive credit for any time not used upon return to pick up the car. The system includes a clock for comparison with the parking time limits. When the comparison with the clock indicates that a parking time limit has expired, the associated pair of data items are deleted from the parking meter memory. A portable terminal allows a checker to enter identification data corresponding to a vehicle actually parked in one of the parking spaces.

Abstract: Axle-chassis connecting device is particularly for a commercial vehicle having two tandem axles of the hydropneumatic suspension type. The vertical load coming from the chassis is transmitted directly to the wheels by jacks (23) without passing through the axle tanks, and is taken into account near the wheel plane by means of a multifunction part (20) which further assures, simultaneously, the connection of the axle to the chassis by a longitudinal guide rod (26) and the transmission of the braking torques coming from the braking means (35).
