Abstract: A material is added to a container of liquid from a dispenser that fits onto an open mouth of the container. The dispenser has an open position and a closed position, and includes an outer shell and an inner chamber member within the shell. The shell and chamber member are mounted to rotate relative to each other to align openings therein when in the open position and through which the material exits the chamber member. The material is loaded into the chamber member, and subsequently the dispenser is sealed with a seal that is connected to both the shell and the chamber member to prevent relative rotation of the shell and chamber member and dispensing of the material. The dispenser is inserted into the open mouth, unsealing the seal, and rotating the shell and chamber member relative to each other to open the dispenser and allow the material to flow into the container and mix with the liquid therein.

Abstract: A peeler apparatus is provided having an ergonomic handle and a blade that can be rotated relative to the handle to accommodate different peeling styles. The blade can be rotated in order to position the blade in a variety of positions relative to the handle. Such positions include perpendicular, parallel left, parallel right, 45 degree left, and 45 degree right positions. Variations of the peeler can be provided which enable rotations of 180 degrees, 360 degrees, and/or other angles as desired. A user-operable knob cooperatively engaged with a yoke permits the yoke and a blade secured to the yoke to rotate relative to the handle in response to rotation of the knob. A peeler having a blade fixed at approximately 45 degrees relative to the handle is also provided.

Abstract: The present invention provides a device and method for separating electrical connector assemblies. Electrical connector assemblies typically comprise a male connector, commonly called a plug, and a female connector, commonly called a receptacle. The separation of an electrical connector assembly is accomplished by at least one lever disposed in the body of at least one of the connectors. The lever is attached to the body of the connector such that when the lever is “up” the lower portion of the lever is flush with the mating surface so as not to not interfere with the coupling of the connector. Actuation of the lever, i.e., moving the lever to its down position, causes a displacement of at least one the connectors comprising the electrical connector assembly. The present invention may be adapted to a wide range of electrical connectors including, but not limited to: standard household plug and sockets, parallel connectors, serial connectors, and inline connectors.
