    Abstract: Mounting apparatus for mounting an underwater light to a surface of a pool of water, comprising a mounting plate having a plurality of spaced-apart mounting apertures each shaped to receive a mounting fastener to mount an underwater light assembly to the mounting plate, and a plurality of connector apertures each shaped to receive a connector fastener. The mounting apparatus may also comprise a C-shaped bracket having a jet aperture shaped to receive a return jet conduit therethrough, the return jet bracket configured to be secured to the mounting plate. The mounting apparatus may also comprise an expandable width wedge assembly configured to allow the mounting apparatus to be wedged in an underwater niche. The mounting apparatus may also comprise an adjustable angle base assembly to be secured to an underwater surface, the adjustable angle base assembly secured to the mounting plate and configured to angle the mounting plate at a desired angle relative to the underwater surface.
