Abstract: An integrated system for monitoring, tracking and recording activities of daily livings (ADLs) and safety and wellness conditions of subjects within the same or different locations of a confined area, comprising: alert signal generators, each alert signal generators receives signals from corresponding sensors and/or condition selectable switches disposed in where proximal to each of the subjects residing in the confined area for sensing motions, locations, and change in environmental and/or personal conditions of the corresponding subject or alarm signals actively or passively triggered by the subject, and being activated by said signals from the sensors; corresponding pairing devices physically connected to the alert signal generators for pairing with the corresponding alert signal generators to relay corresponding alert signals to a receiving device, and to receive one or more of responses, information, commands, and/or instructions from the receiving device.
