The arm pads may be lowered to accommodate injuries or safety concerns of the user. The radial adjustment brackets may define adjustment voids that will accept a catch pin or link pin of a lever arm. The disclosed configurations allow for one handed adjustment of arm pad positions. The padded arms allow for a tactile warning of arm pad position.
