  • Patent number: 12489819
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for allowing at least one virtual reality device to access a data platform of a three-dimensional content system, said method comprising in particular the steps of receiving a cryptographic footprint on a control communication link (CCL), receiving a cryptographic footprint of an application stored on the at least one virtual reality device sent by said at least one virtual reality device on a access communication link (ACL), comparing both received cryptographic footprints, sending a network address of a selected application environment and authentication data to the virtual reality device on the access communication link (ACL), creating, by the at least one virtual reality device, a secured communication between said at least one virtual reality device and the selected application environment.

  • Publication number: 20050210246
Abstract: A secure email system and method. The method comprises the steps of: receiving an encrypted email from an sender intended for transmission to a predetermined recipient, wherein the email's encryption is based on a first encryption key and the first encryption key is not stored at the remote location; de-encrypting the received encrypted email using the first encryption key, the first encryption key being stored at the server location; determining a second encryption key associated solely with the predetermined recipient of the email; re-encrypting the de-encrypted email using an encryption based on the second encryption key; and transmitting the re-encrypted email to the predetermined recipient located at a recipient location remote from the server location whereby the predetermined recipient can de-encrypt the re-encrypted email at the recipient location using the second encryption key.

  • Patent number: 6563580
Abstract: The invention concerns a method for determining the quality of meat, in particular beef, on the transformation site, comprising the following steps: a) collecting, on the transformation site, data on parameters pertaining to the group consisting of the animal's race, age, and category, and biological and/or physico-chemical parameters of the animal's carcass pertaining to the group consisting of weight, conformation, fleshing, the carcass pH and color, and the thickness of the hide; b) obtaining at least an optical spectrum of the meat at wavelengths pertaining to a spectral range from the visible to near-infrared; c) combining data obtained from steps a) and b), to determine the meat tenderness according to a predetermined law established with respect to a predetermined tenderness reference scale.
