  • Publication number: 20240289815
Abstract: It is proposed a computer-implemented method for assessing carbon footprint of a hybrid power plant. The method comprises providing one or more sets of inputs, each including a one or more fossil fuel electrical power generating units size, a renewable power generating units size, a power demand including an electricity demand, an expected electricity production by renewable power generating units, an expected temperature value, one or more fossil fuel electrical power generating units specifications, a quantification of a calorific capacity per unit of fuel, a quantification of a CO2 emission per unit of fuel, a production duration, and an energy dispatch rule. The method further comprises computing, for each set of inputs, automatically and based on the set of inputs, a respective quantification of a carbon footprint of the power plant.

  • Patent number: 7896096
Abstract: A hydraulic drilling machine has a metal chassis shaped as a rectangular parallelepiped, drilling resources located at the front of the chassis, a rotary motor to drive drilling rods, and a hydraulic circuit. An electrical circuit powers the various components of the drilling machine. The machine can be mounted on the arm of a hydraulic mini-digger and operate without an extra hydraulic unit.
