  • Patent number: 11247259
Abstract: A forming roller adjustment system has a shaft, a key, a roller and a ring. The key fits into a keyway in the shaft and has a projecting portion that projects outwardly from the shaft. The projecting portion includes spaced, transverse channels. The ring is rotatably attached to the roller. The roller and ring each have a shaft aperture that receives the shaft, and a keyway that receives the projecting portion of the key. The ring fits into the channels in the projecting portion of the key. When the keyways on the ring and roller are aligned, the roller is movable along the shaft. When the ring is aligned with one of the channels in the projecting portion of the key and rotated into the channel, the roller is axially locked on the shaft.

  • Patent number: 11002003
Abstract: A multi-family building structure using light weight prefabricated parallel modular living units is provided. The structure comprises at least first plurality of parallel modular living units and a second plurality of parallel modular living units. Each living unit in the first plurality of living units comprises a first outer and inner modules and a first synthetic residential module between the first outer module and the first inner module. Each living unit in the first plurality of living units comprises a second outer and outer modules and a second synthetic residential module between the second outer module and the second inner module. The structure further comprises a synthetic corridor module formed between the first inner module of the each living unit in the first plurality of living units and the second inner module in the second plurality of living units.

  • Patent number: 10041288
Abstract: A structural wall panel system for use in light gauge construction to form a wall with door or window openings. The system includes a structural frame defining a wall opening sized and configured to receive a wall panel. A non-structural wall panel is removably fixed within the wall opening of the structural frame. The wall panel may include at least one opening for a door or window. The wall panel is mounted within the wall opening using a plurality of catch clips. The catch clips are mounted to the structural frame and they precisely position and retain the wall panel within the wall opening of the frame.

  • Publication number: 20050193639
Abstract: An adjustable hood system for rain gutters has a flat roof section, a hood section rotably connected to the roof section, and fastening members that rotably connect to the hood section. The fastening members mount on the front lip of a rain gutter while the roof section integrates with the roof. Relative rotation of the roof section, hood section and fastening members permits the hood system to be mounted on roofs with any slope and pitched rain gutters at any level relative to the roof.
