    Abstract: In one aspect, methods are provided for assessing or treating a subject diagnosed with a tumor, comprising 1) obtaining a biological sample from the subject; 2) identifying germline or somatic mutations in the subject's genome; 3) identifying copy number profiles across the genome; 4) analyzing T cell receptor (TCR) clonotypes; and 5) identifying subjects responsive to chemotherapy, immunotherapy or combined chemotherapy and immunotherapy. In certain aspects, the identified subjects may be administered a chemotherapeutic, an immunotherapeutic or a chemotherapeutic and an immunotherapeutic, and, thereby treating the subject.
