  • Patent number: 11889875
Abstract: Acceleration protective trousers or G-protective trousers are double-walled forming airtight compartments. The trousers include an air-permeable, tear-resistant, fire-resistant and low-stretch synthetic textile material, and the trousers are provided with compartments which can be inflated into a circular cross-section. These compartments act as muscles by two opposite edges being pulled together and the adjacent pieces of textile material being stretched. These compartments extend along the trouser legs and are connected at the upper end of the trouser legs. The compartments on the outer sides of the trouser legs extend upwards from the groins and terminate in a bag-like bladder towards the lower abdomen. On the rear side of the trousers they communicate with one another via a connecting channel. A coccyx channel branches off downwards and extends towards the crotch. The compartments communicate via at least one hose with raccord with an automatically meterable compressed air supply.

  • Patent number: 11425943
Abstract: Cooling suit including legs, torso and arms, which includes outwardly opening hose sleeve in the hip area, inwardly branching gas ducts having several outlet openings. A pressurized gas cylinder for carrying along and connecting outlet hose with coupling piece to this hose sleeve, and which comprises a valve and adjusting wheel for the regulated delivery of expanded gas into these gas ducts. The gas ducts in the upper-body have outflow openings in the area of the lower back, hips, neck area, armpits, arm joints, and sleeves. In the lower-body garment, outflow openings are arranged in the knees and the crotch area. This cooling suit is operated with a dry, compressed gas. The gas flowing from the pressure cylinder is expanded, subsequently cools down and then flows through the gas ducts and cools the body. Perspiration is carried away by the permanent gas supply via the breathable fabric of the suit.

  • Publication number: 20220183405
Abstract: The anti-G trousers are partially double-walled and partially single-walled and made from an air-permeable, tear-resistant, refractory and stretch-resistant synthetic textile material of max. 130 gram/m2. In the double-walled areas, airtight pockets (13, 18, 34, 35) are thereby formed which act as pneumatic muscles and contract when being inflated from an automatic pressure supply and thereby draw the adjacent single-layer textile pieces towards one another. In this way, pressure is applied all over the surface of the pilot's body. The pockets (34) on the outer sides of the trouser legs extend upwards against the lower abdomen into a respective pouch-type bubble (13) and are connected to the pockets (35) for the inner sides of the trouser legs via an inguinal channel (18). The pockets (34) communicate on the rear side of the trousers via a connection channel. From here, in the lower back region, a coccyx channel extends downwards between the buttocks of the wearer.

  • Publication number: 20180222559
Abstract: The dry suit is preferably manufactured as a one-part combination suit from a three-layer, waterproof but air-permeable fabric laminate with max. mass per unit area of 220 gr/m2, and it seamlessly encloses the feet as well. A waterproof zip fastener extends from the crotch to the top of the collar. The sleeves are each fitted with a waterproof zip fastener extending backward from the front edge of the cuff along the forearm. With said waterproof zip fastener, the collar and chest area as well as the sleeves and front sleeves can be opened to a certain extent, providing an effective cooling function, which makes wearing the dry suit in non-critical mission phases significantly more comfortable and less tiring. In addition, said dry suit has a total weight of less than 1.5 kg and is correspondingly easy to wear on the body.
