  • Patent number: 11285294
Abstract: An introducer includes a dilator received in a lumen defined by an introducer sheath and including a dilation end extending distally beyond a distal end of the introducer sheath. The introducer sheath includes a flat wire reinforcement having a hollow cylindrical shape sandwiched between an inner PTFE tube and an outer nylon tube. The outer nylon tube includes a distal segment that extends distally beyond the PTFE tube, which extends distally beyond the PTFE tube, which extends distally beyond the flat wire reinforcement. A withdrawal support wire has a distal end attached to a distal end turn of the flat wire reinforcement and extends in a proximal direction in parallel with a longitudinal axis between an outer surface of the nylon tube and an inner surface of the PTFE tube. The withdrawal support wire is configured to be in tension when the sheath is placed in tension to inhibit distal stretch separation breakage.

  • Patent number: 11234378
Abstract: Systems and methods to control irrigation. An image of an area of vegetation is received from a video camera supporting security monitoring wherein the video camera provides image data to both a security monitoring system and an irrigation control system. Vegetation is identified in the image based on processing the image's pixel information. Respective colors of the vegetation are determined by further processing color information within the pixel information depicting the vegetation. Based on the respective color of the vegetation, a respective irrigation state of the vegetation is determined. An irrigation need is determined based on the respective determined irrigation state of the vegetation. Irrigation is provided to the vegetation independently of a set irrigation schedule.

  • Publication number: 20190180735
Abstract: Systems and methods to monitor for diverse audio sounds. A sound signal is received. The sound signal is processed to classify sounds represented by the sound signal as a determined sound type that is one sound type within a plurality of sound types. The plurality of sound types comprising at least spoken words and non-voice security event related sounds. A security event notification is sent to a security monitor based on classifying the sounds as non-voice security event related sounds, and an internet based query is sent to an internet query server based on classifying the sounds as spoken words.
