  • Patent number: 10937402
Abstract: A string instrument headstock and headstock-neck region brace apparatus. Such an apparatus may be used to strengthen, protect, and brace the region on a string instrument, guitar, violin, mandolin, banjo, etc. where the headstock meets the neck. The apparatus cradles the underside of the string instrument with a relatively strong material. Simultaneously, the apparatus applies a force to the instrument headstock countering the stress and strain produced by the tension in the instrument strings; and the apparatus secures, braces and holds the headstock in the relatively strong brace.

  • Patent number: 10300287
Abstract: A delivery system for an implantable medical device includes a tool and a tethering member extending side-by-side within an inner shaft thereof; the tool extends within a first lumen, being in sliding engagement therein, and includes a distal end coupling feature that protrudes from a distal end of the inner shaft; and the tethering member has a first segment extending within a second lumen, and a second segment extending from the first segment and distally from the distal end of the inner shaft to an end of the tethering member, which is configured to engage with a holding member of the device, and with which the coupling feature of the tool is configured to couple. A retainer may be joined to another end of the tethering member that protrudes from a proximal port of the system.

  • Patent number: 5873204
Abstract: The present invention comprises a cart having a base and three sidewalls extending there around and upward therefrom. Four wheels are secured at bottom corners of the sidewalls to provide for easy mobility of the cart. A pair of partial doors are hingedly secured to and extend along end edges of two opposing sidewalls for permitting partial coverage of a fourth side of the cart. Each partial door includes a spring biased manually operable pin for cooperating with a plurality of slots in the cart base. In this manner the doors can be positioned from an orientation substantially coextensive with a front edge of the cart base, to positions wherein the doors are oriented inwardly of the cart loading interior space. Each door is secured to its respective sidewall in a manner wherein it can be lifted a distance sufficient to lift the pin thereof free from and above the base slots.
