Further, engaged accounts from the user accounts of the social media platform are designated. Physical interactions between each engaged account and the physical store are tracked. Further, a clout-and-loyalty-based rating process is executed by inputting the number of virtual interactions and the number of physical interactions for each engaged account into the clout-and-loyalty-based rating process.
