    Abstract: The present invention provides a method and a system for storing information about volunteers and other medical personnel along with a credential level associated with each volunteer or medical personnel. The credential level is generated on the basis of information provided by the volunteer. The invention also provides for sharing the volunteer information with one or more users that are associated with one or more medical facilities or regions that have a medical emergency. The information is shared on the basis of the access levels that are assigned to the users and to the stored volunteer information.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a system and a method for providing information about resource availability, especially during an emergency such as a natural disaster. The system stores resource information about multiple facilities, across cities, counties, states and even countries. Such information can be provided to designated users based on specified access levels for the user and the resource information. Further, the system is able to exchange the resource availability information with external systems and databases. The resource information is also automatically updated to reflect the most current information. The system is useful in directing resources to participate in an emergency. Further the system aggregates resource information based on one or more attributes, such as region, hospital, city, state, etcetera, that is associated with the resource information.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method and a system for tracking patients during a medical emergency or in a medical facility. The present invention provides for recording patient data, assigning the patient to a medical facility or resource and updating patient tracking information with this information. Further, the medical facility or resource that the patient is assigned to is provided with permissions to access the patient's medical records. The medical facility or resource also receives an alert informing the facility or resource about the incoming patient. Further, the present invention provides storing patient tracking information and patient medical information in a way such that users accessing the patient information are provided information based on their access level that is determined dynamically.
