  • Publication number: 20250209222
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing an amorphous three-dimensional architecture of the micro-lattice type formed of micro-beams connected together by nodes, which comprises: A) performing (100) a computer-implemented design step consisting, on the basis of a three-dimensional random arrangement (INIT) of non-deformable beads, in: a) producing (101) a three-dimensional random compact stack of said beads; b) for each bead, determining (102) the coordinates of the centre of the bead which correspond to those of a node; c) performing (103) a triangulation with said nodes, each triangle thus being defined with the nodes closest to one another, then associating two nodes connected by one side of a triangle to a micro-beam in order to define the micro-lattice; d) selecting (104) a sub-domain of the micro-lattice obtained in step c), not comprising the nodes located at the edge of the micro-lattice in order to define said amorphous three-dimensional architecture, the design step involving an average conne

  • Publication number: 20250196442
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a two- or three-dimensional part having a composite architecture with at least two different micro-lattices connected to each other, comprising the following steps: performing (100) a computer-implemented design step comprising the following steps: A) defining (100A) a domain representing said part to be manufactured, then defining a first sub-domain for a first micro-lattice and a second sub-domain, complementary to the first sub-domain, to delimit a second micro-lattice different from the first micro-lattice; B) defining (100B), over the whole domain, the coordinates of the generating centres for the two micro-lattices, C) defining (100C) the first micro-lattice D) defining (100D) the second micro-lattice E) connecting (100E) the second micro-lattice to the first micro-lattice. the design step also defining a shape and associated transverse dimensions for each micro-beam, and then: manufacturing (200) the architecture designed in this way.

  • Patent number: 11040000
Abstract: For the cosmetic field, omniphobic cosmetic pigments under the form of a core shell structure: the core is or includes of a metal oxide on which is adsorbed poly(?-(1?4)-D-glucosamine) chains; the chains being acetylated, or partially or totally deacetylated. Also, the process for manufacturing the omniphobic cosmetic pigments, including: (i) preparing an acidic aqueous solution including metal oxide particles and a poly (?-(1?4)-D-glucosamine), the poly (?-(1?4)-D-glucosamine) being acetylated, or partially or totally deacetylated; and (ii) increasing the pH until 12, of the solution obtained at step (i) in order to obtain the adsorption of said poly (?-(1?4)-D-glucosamine on the metal oxide particles and the precipitation of the resulting metal oxide particles coated with the poly (?-(1?4)-D-glucosamine.
