  • Publication number: 20250118906
Abstract: A contact hook for providing an electric contact to a winding arrangement of an electric machine, with a fastening portion for fastening to the electric machine, which provides a first contact surface for a resistance welding electrode, and a hook portion adjoining the fastening portion, which provides a second contact surface for a resistance welding electrode. The hook portion is formed and arranged for forming with the fastening portion a groove for receiving a wire connected to the winding arrangement in a first assembly state, in which a free end of the hook portion forms, at a distance from the fastening portion, a groove opening for inserting the wire into the groove. The free end of the hook portion in a second assembly state rests against the fastening portion, closing the groove opening.

  • Publication number: 20240283339
Abstract: A method for producing an electromagnet from a metal core and at least one metal wire is disclosed and may include joining a plurality of metal plates into the metal core by packing and winding at least one metal wire around the assembled metal core. Each metal plate may include plastically shaped areas and the plastically shaped areas of the metal plate may be connected by force-locking and/or form-fitting to the plastically shaped area of at least one adjacent metal plate in a joining direction. A multitude of windings may be wound around the metal core. The windings may be placed next to each other and/or on top of one another and a partial region of each winding may be oriented parallel to the joining direction. Furthermore, an electromagnet produced according to the method and a rotor of an electric machine having at least one electromagnet are disclosed.

  • Patent number: 11777357
Abstract: An electric machine comprises a rotor and a stator, wherein the stator comprises a stator body which carries at least one respective winding of at least one phase, wherein the winding of the respective phase or at least one of the windings of the respective phase is conductively connected to a respective contact bridge, which connects the respective winding to an associated power source and/or drain, wherein the respective winding and the contact bridge connected to it each end in a conductor section which extends away from the stator body in the axial direction of the electric machine, these conductor sections being conductively connected to one another, wherein a fixing section of the respective contact bridge is arranged stationary with respect to a housing accommodating the stator by being fixed by an insulation element or directly, on the one hand, to the housing itself and/or, on the other hand, to the power source and/or drain, which, in turn, is fixed to the housing.

  • Patent number: 11722042
Abstract: A method for putting an SSM rotor, having the following steps: arranging the SSM rotor to be potted having upright alignment in a potting mold; introducing a first casting compound from below into the casting mold until a certain pre-fill level is reached, at which the first casting compound extends at least up to the lower end face of the rotor winding; introducing a second potting compound from above into the potting mold, wherein the second potting compound is poured onto the rotor winding and is drawn into the rotor winding; further introducing of the first potting compound from below into the potting mold until a certain final fill level is reached; and curing of the potting compounds.

  • Publication number: 20230198351
Abstract: A method for reworking a defective welded connection of a hairpin winding for a rotor or stator of an electrical machine, including providing the hairpin winding applied to a winding support. The hairpin winding has at least one conductor formed from multiple conductor sections. The conductor sections of the respective conductor are welded in pairs at a respective welded connection by a first welding method, and at least one of the welded connections is a defective welded connection. The defective welded connection is severed, and the conductor sections to be welded, which were previously connected by the defective welded connection, are connected by way of a connecting method that differs from the first welding method.
