  • Publication number: 20220024701
Abstract: The invention relates to a continuous processing line for products comprising a plurality of successive processing stations for said products and a plurality of autonomous self-supporting movable trolleys moving on the floor to transport the products from an upstream station to a downstream station. The upstream station also includes an exit transfer unit that is designed to absorb the continuous flow of products from the exit conveyor and to transfer said products in batches of one or more rows onto at least one receiving surface. The transfer unit includes a transit conveyor comprising at least two single-lane transit conveyors of different lengths, and a diverter designed to direct the flow of products alternately to one or other of the transit conveyors. The invention also relates to a method for transporting products from an upstream station to a downstream station on such a processing line for products.

  • Patent number: 11104519
Abstract: Disclosed is an assembly line for processing products. The line includes, on one hand, a plurality of consecutive stations for processing the products and, on the other hand, a moving unit for moving the products between the stations within the line, in particular from an upstream station in which the products have just been processed, to a downstream station in which the products must later be processed. The moving unit essentially includes at least one self-contained, self-supported, movable carriage moving on the ground and having the products resting thereon during the movement thereof within the line. Also disclosed is a corresponding implementation method and to a corresponding use of the carriages.

  • Publication number: 20190367199
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for forming a batch of products on a conveying line, upstream of a packaging station of said batch, said batch containing products of at least two different types, specifically type A and type B, said conveying line including a conveyor arranged in the longitudinal direction, and designed to move the products in parallel rows towards the packaging station, and at least one accumulation surface arranged adjacent to and flush with said conveyor. This method includes formation of at least one row of A products on the conveyor and transverse cyclical transfer by lots of B products from said accumulation surface to the conveyor. The present invention also relates to a specially designed device for implement a method according to the invention.

  • Patent number: 10442635
Abstract: Disclosed is a conveying device including an upstream conveying unit for receiving products from at least one upstream station, an accumulation surface along which the upstream conveying unit circulates, a loading unit for moving the products from the upstream conveying unit to the accumulation surface, a downstream conveying unit for clearing the products, and an unloading unit for moving the products from the accumulation surface to the downstream conveying unit. The downstream conveying unit includes a plurality of independent moving unit receiving the products in receiving zones which are successively distributed from the edge of the accumulation surface opposite the edge along which the upstream conveying unit extends. Also disclosed is a corresponding method.

  • Publication number: 20190100351
Abstract: Disclosed is a stacking element for shipping or storing, in which products are stored in stacked layers, each layer including a batch of products, the stacking unit including a plurality of trays one above the other, the sizes of the trays being compatible with the dimensions of a standard shipping pallet. Each tray has a rectangular base on which products can stand, as well as side walls, extending from the perimeter of the base and perpendicular to it, and at least one wall works as a door which can be opened for allowing side introduction of the products in the tray, or closed. Also disclosed is a corresponding tray.
