    Abstract: An apparatus and method are provided for monitoring a liquid product held in a sealed vessel and determining taxes that will be owed on the liquid product at a future dumping time. The apparatus and method also allow one to determine fault conditions within a sealed vessel as well as to determine when the product in the sealed vessel is ready for use.
