A head retention slot is formed in the key slot, adjacent a top of the drive head to receive the head tapered projection.

    Abstract: A close quarters ratchet and specialty fastener having a drive socket in a threaded shaft. The close quarters ratchet preferably includes a handle, a ratchet lever, a non-rotation drive unit and a drive socket unit. The handle includes a top handle member and a bottom handle member. The non-rotation drive unit is retained in an end of the top handle member. The drive socket unit is rotatably retained in an end of the bottom handle member. The ratchet lever is pivotally retained between the top and bottom handle members. The non-rotation drive unit preferably includes a spring-loaded drive tool. The drive socket unit preferably includes a drive socket and a gear ring. A rotation projection of the ratchet lever engages the gear ring. Squeezing the handle and the ratchet lever causes the rotation projection to rotate the drive socket unit. A latching unit engages the gear ring.

A lead screw nut is retained on a first end of the inner plank. The inner plank is sized to be received by an inner surface of the outer plank. The drive device preferably includes a lead screw, a drive gear, a driven gear and a drive shaft. The drive shaft rotates the lead screw through the drive gear and driven gear. The lead screw engages the lead screw nut to axially move the inner plank relative to the outer plank. A contact member may be pivotally retained on a front of the inner plank.

Two top rebar mesh sheets are retained on a top of the structural concrete. Each lengthwise member and end member includes a first flange, a base member and a second flange. Preferably, two rows of base holes are formed in the base member and one row of first flange holes is formed in the first flange. The base and flange holes are sized to receive fasteners for assembling a plurality of modular building panels in either parallel or perpendicular orientations. Both ends of the lengthwise members are modified for insertion into the two end members. The second flanges of the lengthwise and end members are attached to the surface panel with fasteners. The four corner members are inserted into four corner cavities created by the junction of the two outside lengthwise members and the two end members and secured thereto.

A plurality of tube access openings are formed through each side of the rectangular tube. A fastener hole pattern is formed around each tube access opening. The first and second end plates are attached to each end of the rectangular tube. A plate access opening is formed through the first and second end plates. The fastener hole pattern is formed around the plate access opening. Two or more adjacent tubular beams may be assembled to each other in “I,” “L,” “T” or “double T” configurations by inserting a plurality of threaded fasteners through the fastener holes in each adjacent tubular beam. The plurality of threaded fasteners are secured with a plurality of nuts. A fastening plate may also be used to join two adjacent tubular beams.
