  • Patent number: 11962717
Abstract: Technology for determining a queue position of a call from a user can include receiving, at an enterprise, the call from a user device associated with the user. The user device includes an application associated with the enterprise. The call is placed into an on-hold queue. A weighted level of importance associated with the call is determined based on call history information associated with the user device and call frequency associated with the user. The weighted level of importance is compared to at least one weight threshold. A wait time for the call is decreased based on the weighted level of importance meeting or exceeding the at least one weight threshold.

  • Patent number: 11599579
Abstract: Various examples are directed to systems and methods for visualizing computerized model decisions. A model system may access result data that comprises event results for a plurality of events and event feature data describing sets of event features. A first event result for a first event of the plurality of events is generated using the computerized model and a first set of event features from the event feature data. The model system may access importance score data comprising importance scores for at least a portion of the first set of event features, wherein a first event feature is assigned a first importance score and a second event feature is assigned a second importance score indicating a greater importance than the first importance score. The model system may also generate a user interface for display to a human user. The user interface may comprise a background area; a first visual indicator positioned on the background area and corresponding to the first event feature.

  • Publication number: 20060173575
Abstract: A system and method that enables automated reagent dispensing for tissue stainers. The stainers receive staining protocols from a central controller. The central controller may control a plurality of stainers simultaneously. The stainers obtain information provided on slide identifiers which is communicated to the central controller. The central controller determines a particular staining protocol to apply to a particular slide. The staining protocol is downloaded to the stainer which enables the stainer to operate without additional communication with the central controller. A user may manually initiate a staining protocol or the central controller may operate the stainers on a scheduled basis.
