  • Patent number: 10909241
Abstract: According to an example, event anomaly analysis and prediction may include accessing a master directed graph that specifies known events and transitions between the known events, and ranking each of the known events. Each of the ranked known events may be clustered into a plurality of anomaly categories. A plurality of rules to analyze new events may be determined based on the plurality of anomaly categories. A determination may be made, based on an application of the plurality of rules to data that is to be analyzed for an anomaly, whether the data includes the anomaly. • Publication number: 20080264443
Abstract: The present invention pertains to a system for processing semiconductor wafers. The processing may involve the removal of material from the wafers or deposition of material on the wafers. Various aspects of the invention include specialized pressurization, process vessel, recirculation, chemical addition, depressurization, and recapture-recycle subsystems. A solvent delivery mechanism can convert a liquid-state sub-critical solution to a supercritical processing solution and introduce it into a process vessel that contains a batch of wafers. The wafers may be rotated within the supercritical processing solution. The supercritical processing solution is preferably recirculated through the process vessel by a recirculation system. When chemical additives are added to a supercritical solvent, the momentum of the chemical additives are preferably matched to the momentum of the supercritical solvent. Additives may be added at a higher initial flow rate, then ramped down a lower flow rate, e.g.

  • Publication number: 20060260990
Abstract: A filtering device for a gravity-flow liquid treatment system includes a first filter component that can be either exposed or adjacent to a substantially transparent region in at least a portion of a filter housing. The first filter component is capable of providing a visual indication of exposure to at least one contaminant. The contaminants for which the first filter component can indicate exposure include particles, inorganic, and organic contamination. Particle contamination is indicated by a change in color of the first filter component through particle collection. Inorganic and organic contaminants are indicated by reaction with at least one agent capable of undergoing a color-change reaction in response to at least one contaminant.

  • Patent number: 6951765
Abstract: The present invention pertains to apparatus and methods for introduction of solid precursors and reactants into a supercritical fluid reactor. Solids are dissolved in supercritical fluid solvents in generator apparatus separate from the supercritical fluid reactor. Such apparatus preferably generate saturated solutions of solid precursors via recirculation of supercritical fluids through a vessel containing the solid precursors. Supercritical solutions of the solids are introduced into the reactor, which itself is charged with a supercritical fluid. Supercritical conditions are maintained during the delivery of the dissolved precursor to the reactor. Recirculation of supercritical precursor solutions through the reactor may or may not be implemented in methods of the invention. Methods of the invention are particularly well suited for integrated circuit fabrication, where films are deposited on wafers under supercritical conditions.

  • Patent number: 6452491
Abstract: An amplifier assembly includes a heat sink and a plurality of amplifier stages, where the total power rating of the amplifier stages is greater than the power rating of the heat sink. The heat sink can have a power rating of 50 watts and can include two amplifier stages, each having a power rating of 50 watts. In an alarm system, each amplifier is able to power one or more selected alarm loops. One of the plurality of amplifier stages acts as a backup amplifier for any of the other amplifier stages in the event of an amplifier stage failure. Also, the amount of power produced by the amplifier stages is flexibly controlled by the alarm system.
