Patent number: 11538058Abstract: The systems and techniques described herein measure advertisement effectiveness of behavior-based outcomes (e.g., site visit, number of pages consumed, searches, online and offline transactions). The system implemented an automated model to measure the impact of exposures and impressions on outcomes using uses panel data, cookie-based data, and combinations thereof. The techniques use test and control approach to calculate effectiveness, where the test group are those exposed to a campaign and a control group who is not exposed. For those exposed, a running analysis of impressions (and other variables) in a pre period is used to determine behavior based outcomes over a set time period after that exposure. As a result, the automated model is able to generate metrics that show absolute and relative impacts on future behavior.Type: GrantFiled: April 2, 2020Date of Patent: December 27, 2022Assignee: Comscore, Inc.Inventors: Christopher S. Haarstick, Todd Talkington, Devin Shields, Patrick Kemp, Steven Millman

Publication number: 20140017411Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for producing composite materials formed from a) at least one inorganic or organometallic phase; and b) at least one organic polymer phase with aromatic or heteroaromatic structural units; comprising the homo- or copolymerization of at least one monomer of the formula I in which M is a metal or semimetal; R1, R2 may be the same or different and are each an Ar—C(Ra,Rb)— radical in which Ar is as defined in claim 1, or the R1Q and R2G radicals together are a radical of the formula A in which A is an aromatic or heteroaromatic ring fused to the double bond, m is 0, 1 or 2, and the R radicals may be the same or different and are as defined in claim 1; G, Q are each O, S or NH; Q is O, S or NH; and in which q, X, Y, R1?, R2? are each as defined in claim 1; which comprises performing the polymerization of the monomers of the general formula I thermally in the absence or substantial absence of added catalysts.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 12, 2013Publication date: January 16, 2014Inventors: Arno Lange, Theo Smit, Rainer Dyllick-Brenzinger, Gerhard Cox, Oliver Gronwald, Judith Christine Bräuer, Stefan Spange, Tina Löschner, Patrick Kempe

Patent number: 8514250Abstract: A display generation system that is able to generate display signals for an underlay image with at least one embedded safety pattern and display images for an overlay image. The display generation system and method are able to determine whether there are any anomalies or graphical errors when an overlay display generated by the system or generated by some other system is displayed simultaneously with the underlay image with the embedded safety pattern. The display generation system uses the embedded safety pattern to detect the occurrence of anomalies in the simultaneous display and uses information from its own generated overlay image to detect graphical errors in the simultaneous display. Flight display systems for aircraft can use the display generation system and method of the present invention to display an underlay image depicting geographical scenery in the vicinity of the aircraft while on the ground, during takeoff or in flight.Type: GrantFiled: May 23, 2008Date of Patent: August 20, 2013Assignee: Universal Avionics Systems CorporationInventors: Hubert Naimer, Patrick Gerald Krohn, Patrick Kemp Glaze, John Russell Jorgensen

Publication number: 20130046098Abstract: The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I): wherein A=formula: (a) or formula: (b); X is oxygen or methylene; Y is C3-6 alkyl or aryl; Z is oxygen or C1-3 alkyl; R1 is hydrogen or C1-3 alkyl; R2 is hydrogen or C1-3 alkyl; the or each R3 is separately C1-3 alkyl or halo; the or each R4 is separately C1-3 alkyl or halo; p is 0 to 4; q is 0 to 4; m is 0 or 1; and n is 1 to 3. These compounds are useful as kinase inhibitors for the treatment of cancer and other diseases.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 20, 2010Publication date: February 21, 2013Applicant: THE UNIVERSITY OF MANCHESTERInventors: Lynne Hampson, Ian Hampson, John Anthony Hadfield, Timothy Patrick Kemp, Alan Thomson McGowan
