Abstract: A method for controlling access to televised or audio services provided by a service provider server. The method is implemented by the service provider server and includes: receiving a service request comprising an identifier of a customer account and an identifier of a first communication terminal; transmitting a text message confirmation to the first communication terminal; receiving an authentication code from the first communication terminal; and accessing at least one televised service if the authentication code received is identical to an authentication code stored in a database and linked to the identifier of the customer account.

Abstract: A command code management method, implemented by a command code management device. The method includes transmitting a command signal to a second terminal that has been associated with a first terminal from which a command code, on which the command signal is based, is received, the command code having been received by the first terminal prior to the transmission and after the association of the first terminal and second terminal. Abstract: Detecting a user having a digital inaptitude (for example electronic illiteracy), where the user has at least one terminal and requires assistance suited for the use of at least one digital service from the terminal is disclosed. The following are provided: querying a database storing service-access requests from the terminal; among the requests, identifying at least incorrect requests relating to failed attempts by the user to access the service; estimating a frequency of incorrect requests for evaluating an electronic illiteracy score of the user; comparing the evaluated score to a preset threshold; and in case the evaluated score exceeds the threshold, detecting the user as having an electronic illiteracy in order to propose at last one specific surface suited to the user.
