    Abstract: A universal adapter includes a main tube for a combined suction unit and blasting unit. The main tube has a first connecting section for connection to a suction line of the suction unit and a second connecting section for connection to a working chamber. In order to reduce the number of suction adapters needed to connect to different openings in working chambers, the second connecting section is made of a flexible material and has a cutout in its periphery that extends from a free end of the second connecting section in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the main pipe.
