  • Publication number: 20140022646
Abstract: The invention relates to an adapter sleeve for fastening an accessory, such as a fixture for an optical recording or measuring device, to an eyepiece portion of an observation telescope. The adapter sleeve has a basic body that centers the adapter sleeve on the eyepiece portion, an attachment portion that fastens the accessory to the adapter sleeve, and a fixing device that locks the adapter sleeve at the eyepiece portion. Likewise, the present invention relates to different fixtures for attaching an optical recording or measuring device to the eyepiece portion of an observation telescope. This provides both an adapter sleeve and a fixture that meets increased positioning accuracy requirements, while being adjustable to fit the needs of different observation telescopes and optical recording or measuring devices.
