The front track assembly has a frame, a leading idler wheel mounted to the frame for rotation about a leading idler wheel axis, a trailing idler wheel mounted to the frame for rotation about a trailing idler wheel axis, a drive wheel assembly, and at least two slide rails. The slide rails have corresponding forward-facing portions, central portions, and rearward-facing portions. The rear track assembly has slide rails having a bottom surface with an upward curvature. Abstract: A retractable wheel system for a snowmobile ski is provided. The system includes a support plate connectable to the snowmobile ski, an actuator operatively coupled to the support plate and having a driver segment and a driven segment adapted to cooperate to define a double-pivot assembly, and a wheel coupled to the double-pivot assembly. The wheel is movable along a first trajectory between a stowed position, where the wheel is spaced from a ground surface, and an intermediary position, where the wheel contacts the ground surface. The wheel is further movable along a second trajectory between the intermediary position and a deployed position, where the wheel is in engagement with the ground surface and provides lift to the snowmobile ski relative to the ground surface.

Abstract: A wheel system for a snowmobile ski provided with an adapter plate secured thereto is provided. The wheel system includes an actuating assembly having a support plate removably connectable to the adapter plate to enable connection and disconnection of the actuating assembly from the adapter plate and from the snowmobile ski. The wheel system also includes an actuator pivotally connectable to the support plate and operable between an idle configuration and an engaged configuration. The wheel system further has a wheel coupled to the actuator and adapted to be positioned in a raised position spaced from a ground surface when operating the actuating assembly in the idle configuration, and a lowered position in engagement with the ground surface when operating the actuating assembly in the engaged configuration.

Abstract: An accessory mounting system for mounting an accessory on a vehicle is provided. The accessory mounting system includes a mounting assembly which has an elongated rail removably connectable to the vehicle. The elongated rail is provided with a slot extending therealong and which opens on a top surface of the elongated rail. The mounting assembly also includes a connector having a head portion slidably mounted within the slot, and a shank portion extending from the head and vertically above the top surface of the elongated rail. The mounting assembly also has a mounting fixture connectable to the connector and adapted to selectively have a portion of the accessory be connected thereto, the mounting fixture is connected to the connector in a manner such that moving the connector along the slot correspondingly displaces the mounting fixture along the elongated rail to adjust the position of the accessory on the vehicle.
