Abstract: Systems, methods and non-transitory computer-readable mediums are provided for an entitlement system and method having an E911 address check bypass function. Methods provided herein include receiving a request from a mobile device for enabling voice over WiFi (VoWiFi) service and checking E911 address status. Methods further include applying a filter to the request to determine that the E911 address check can be bypassed and transmitting a response to the mobile device indicating that E911 address status is not required and that VoWiFi connection is permitted, thereby bypassing the E911 address check.

Abstract: Enbodiments of the present application provide a powder outlet apparatus, which includes: a powder outlet port, a clamping assembly and a drive motor assembly, the clamping assembly includes a first clamping arm and a second clamping arm, the first clamping arm and the second clamping arm are able to be opened and closed relative to each other and cover the powder outlet port, and the clamping motor assembly is connected to the clamping member. Enbodiments of the present application also provide a milk powder dispenser. The present application can prevent accumulation of residual milk powder at the powder outlet port after powder output, and effectively ensure that the powder outlet port is clean and free of residual powder after use.
