Abstract: A method and system may provide a graphical user interface to a user via a web portal. A representation of a provisioned server device may be provided via the graphical user interface, wherein a primary Internet protocol (IP) address is associated with the provisioned server device. A selection of the provisioned server device may be received. A request to assign a secondary IP address to the selected server device may be received, wherein the secondary IP address is different from the primary IP address. The secondary IP address to the selected server device may be assigned based on the request.

Abstract: A method and system may receive a request to provision one or more computing resources, such as a physical or virtual server based on configuration information received from a user via a web portal. An availability of the one or more computing resources may be pre-validated. When the pre-validating for all of the one or more computing resources is not successful, an alert message may be output to the user via the web portal indicating that one or more of the requested computing resources is not available. When the pre-validating for all of the one or more computing resources is successful, one or more jobs may be queued in a jobs database based on the request to provision the one or more computing resources, dequeued by a workflow engine, and executed to configure the one or more computing resources.
