    Abstract: The invention relates generally to methods for treating and/or preventing aberrant proliferation of hematopoietic cells. More particularly, the invention relates to methods for treating and/or preventing aberrant proliferation of hematopoietic cells comprising selectively inhibiting phosphoinositide 3-kinase delta (PI3K?) activity in hematopoietic cells.
