Abstract: A method for forming a light engine assembly includes the steps of injecting a light trough material into a mold, thereby forming a light trough including a trough body having an edge, and injecting a seal material into the mold, thereby forming a seal configured to bond with the edge of the trough body. The method further includes cooling one of the light trough material and the seal material to adhere the light trough material to the seal material, thereby forming a unitary light trough part, ejecting the light trough part, and coupling a lighting unit with the light trough part.

Abstract: According to one aspect of the present invention, an accumulation module for a product delivery system includes an input shaft configured to receive an external drive force. A transfer shaft reverses an operation of the external drive force to define a reversing drive force. An output shaft receives the reversing drive force. An accumulation belt is operated by the reversing drive force. The accumulation belt operates in opposition to the external drive force.

Abstract: An area separation wall (ASW) may include gypsum liner panels and structural elements located between adjacent ones of the gypsum liner panels. A sealing material may be located between the gypsum liner panels and the structural elements, and between adjacent ones of the structural elements. The sealing material may form seals therebetween, such that the ASW is substantially airtight when assembled. In addition, the ASW may include a fire rating of at least 2 hours in compliance with ANSI/UL 263.
