  • Patent number: 12134054
Abstract: A filter system can include a replaceable filter cartridge having a spinner element structured to swirl a mixed flow of compressible fluid and oil, as well as an end cap used to enclose an open interior of a filter media of the filter cartridge. The filter cartridge can be configured to interface with and be supported by a mesh holder. A housing can be attached over the filter cartridge to enclose the system and create a flow path for a mixed flow of compressible fluid and oil. The replaceable filter cartridge can be constructed of materials suitable for disposal in a waste incineration process. The mesh holder can be inserted on a combo-block and secured in place by a compression fitting. A stand pipe can extend into the interior of the filter media and be coupled with a central passage of the mesh holder.

  • Patent number: 10199482
Abstract: An apparatus includes an electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection device configured to protect a circuit from ESD conditions. The protection device includes an emitter region having a first diffusion polarity; a collector region laterally spaced apart from the emitter region, and having the first diffusion polarity; and a barrier region interposed laterally between the emitter region and the collector region while contacting the emitter region. The barrier region has a second diffusion polarity opposite from the first diffusion polarity. The device can further include a base region having the second diffusion polarity, and laterally surrounding and underlying the emitter region and the barrier region. The barrier region can have a higher dopant concentration than the base region, and block a lateral current flow between the collector and emitter regions, thus forming a vertical ESD device having enhanced ESD performance.

  • Patent number: 8723637
Abstract: A method for altering a resistance of a resistor including trimming the resistor using a first type of trim approach to increase a resistance measurement of the resistor to above a target resistance value, and iteratively trimming the resistor using a second type of trim approach until a power coefficient of resistance (PCR) or temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) measurement of the resistor is substantially close to zero.

  • Publication number: 20070063813
Abstract: A thin film resistor (5) of an integrated circuit comprises an elongate resistive film (7) extending between electrical contact pads (10,11). A low impedance element (20) overlays and is electrically coupled to a portion of the resistive film (7) in an intermediate portion (22) thereof adjacent a second side edge (17) of the resistive film (7) for conducting current in parallel with the intermediate portion (22), and for reducing current density in the intermediate portion (22). First and second transverse edges (28,29) formed by spaced apart first and second slots (26,27) which extend from a first side edge (16) into the resistive film (7) define with a first side edge (16) of the resistive film (7) and the low impedance element (20) first and second trimmable areas (30,31) in the intermediate portion (22).

  • Patent number: 6564366
Abstract: A channel routing method (200) comprises computing channel parameters (210), classifying a channel complexity and estimating a channel height (220), optionally, determining a trunk placement direction (225), assigning tracks and layers (230), determining a quality function QF (240), and optimizing (250). The channel complexity is classified using predetermined weighting parameters (a1 to a4). This classification selects a significance vector n. In the assigning step (230), the vector n is combined with the channel parameters to a criterion. The criterion is used the select the most suitable assignment. In repetitions of assigning, determining QF and optimizing steps, the significance vector n and, optionally, QF are modified. The repetition are stopped upon compliance of a breaking condition which can refer to QF.
