  • Patent number: 11300467
Abstract: A differential pressure sensor with wireless RFID communication ability senses and records a specified differential pressure threshold without great energy consumption and without requiring direct access or visual inspection of the sensing element. The differential pressure sensor includes a sensing element sensing a differential pressure between a low pressure side and a high pressure side and a RFID tag comprising a tag antenna, a tag integrated circuit (IC) and a tamper loop connected to the tag IC for tracking a specific differential pressure threshold of the differential pressure sensor. The RFID tag is connected to the sensing element in such a way that the tamper loop is triggered if the specific differential pressure threshold has been reached.

  • Publication number: 20180102451
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a thin film solar cell module and thin film solar cell module thus produces. The method comprises the steps of forming a multi-layer structure (100) of multiple electrically interconnected thin film solar cells (1) on a substrate (2), the multi-layer structure comprising a back contact layer (10), a photovoltaic active layer (11), and a front contact layer (13); and forming a conductive grid (3) underneath or onto the front contact layer by depositing a conductive material through a mask (4) before or after forming the front contact layer (13), by moving the substrate (2) and the mask (4) with respect to a deposition source (5) of the conductive material.

  • Publication number: 20160211395
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for laser-structuring thin layers on a substrate in order to produce monolithically connected thin-layer solar cells, having the following steps:—providing a laser with a laser wavelength,—providing a substrate (1) which comprises a first side and a second side and which is transparent for the laser wavelength, said first side of the substrate has big a metal rear electrode thin layer (2), on which an absorber thin layer (3) for thin layer solar cells is arranged,—emitting a laser beam (L) onto the substrate, and—moving the laser beam (L) over the substrate (1) along a writing line and/or moving the substrate (1) relative to the laser beam (L) along a writing line.

  • Patent number: 8110777
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of dividing a plane-parallel plate made of a brittle material into a plurality of individual plates having a specified edge length, in which break-off cuts are made along specified scored lines that form a lattice-like pattern by introducing thermally induced stresses by means of a laser beam, and in which, after making the break-off cuts along a first working direction, the resultant plate strips are spaced out at intervals in that a framed stretch film to which the plane-parallel plate is bonded is stretched by means of a vacuum device. The invention also relates to a device with a special clamping table for use in carrying out the method.
