  • Publication number: 20160252173
Abstract: An output transfer group is disclosed for use with a mobile machine. The output transfer group may have a housing, an input yoke extending from the housing and configured to receive an input torque, a first output yoke extending from the housing and configured to provide a first output torque, and a second output yoke extending from the housing and configured to provide a second output torque. The output transfer group may also have a gear train disposed within the housing and connecting the input yoke to the first and second output yokes. The gear train may create a torque reduction between the input yoke and the first and second output yokes, and includes a lockable differential located downstream of the torque reduction.

  • Patent number: 9234585
Abstract: A transmission housing includes an inner surface and circumferentially spaced first sets of teeth spaced about an axis of the transmission housing and configured to selectively engage a first clutch plate. Each first set is attached to the inner surface. The transmission housing also includes circumferentially spaced second sets of teeth spaced about the axis of the transmission housing and configured to selectively engage a second clutch plate. Each second set is attached to the inner surface. The teeth of at least one of the first or second sets extend axially and are narrower at a first axial end of the respective teeth than at a second axial end of the respective teeth.

  • Publication number: 20150254744
Abstract: A method of administering a bid, through a computer system having a one server, a client device, and a communication network operatively and electrically connecting the client device to the least one server. A first user accesses from the client device, a website running on the server, and enters data into the client device. A second user accesses from the client device, the website and enters data into the client device. The data is transmitted to the server. A program generates results on the server, and displays the results associated with the data on the client device. Bidding information is communicated between the first user and the second user through a bidding program.

  • Publication number: 20070204971
Abstract: The preferred embodiment of the present invention is a die casting apparatus and method evidencing increased apparatus output including the ability of using multiple die tools. The invention includes an indexing assembly removably engaged with at least one die block assembly for transporting between four stations, including an injection station, a cooling station, an ejection station, and a recovery station. The injection station includes a frame, a clamp assembly attached to the frame for clamping and releasing the die block assembly, a shot sleeve assembly engaged with the die block assembly for receiving molten material, such as metal, from a furnace means and injecting the molten material into the die block assembly, and a shot cylinder releasably coupled with the shot sleeve assembly for controlling the injection of molten material.

  • Patent number: 6541149
Abstract: Improved micro fuel cells suitable for portable electrical devices are provided, and processes for forming such cells. In one embodiment of the invention, silicon substrates are used both as the gas delivery structure for the fuel and the oxidant, and as the current collectors. Such use of silicon is advantageous in that it becomes possible both to utilize micromachining and lithographic techniques to form the desired structures, e.g., the gas delivery channels, and also to integrate the fuel cell with silicon-based control circuitry. Advantageously, the silicon substrates comprise both gas delivery tunnels and porous silicon gas diffusion regions formed over the tunnels in the surface of the substrate, i.e., the porous regions over the gas delivery tunnels are integral with the silicon substrate. In another embodiment of the invention, a monolithic structure is employed.

  • Patent number: 5032348
Abstract: A stowage rack is disclosed for dry transport of nuclear fuel elements in a plurality of elongated, parallel, adjacent prismatic cells. The rack is formed from first and second sets of materials, the first set of materials fulfilling the function of mechanical strength and thermal conductivity, and the second set of materials fulfilling the function of neutron absorption. The stack may be formed entirely of materials fulfilling the function of mechanical strength and thermal conductivity, with the neutron absorption materials being provided within the walls of the cells. Alternatively, materials providing mechanical strength and thermal conductivity may be stacked alternately with materials providing neutron absorption.
