Publication number: 20120318825Abstract: A fluid dispenser including a reservoir forming a neck presenting a thread, a dispenser member, and a fastener system including a fastener ring provided with assembly means for assembling on the thread of the neck in such a manner that the ring is unscrewable from the neck over an axial unscrewing stroke. The outer wall of the neck is provided with a shoulder, and the fastener system includes a security band engaged on the fastener ring. The band axially abuts the shoulder and is secured to the fastener ring at the end of the unscrewing stroke, so as to prevent the fastener system from being removed from the neck immediately after the fastener ring has been unscrewed. The security band includes an unblocking mechanism for disengaging the band from its axial abutment with the shoulder of the neck.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 22, 2011Publication date: December 20, 2012Applicant: APTAR FRANCE SASInventors: Stephane Beranger, Patrick Muller

Publication number: 20120223104Abstract: A fluid dispenser including a fluid reservoir including a neck with a constricted opening that communicates with an inside volume; and a dispenser member including a fluid inlet that is provided with a dip tube, the dip tube provided with a substantially-plane flexible sheet having shape memory. The sheet presents a transverse dimension, in the direction that is perpendicular to the dip tube, that is greater than the dimension of the constricted opening, such that the sheet must be caused to take up a deformed configuration in order to pass through the neck, and must then relax into a substantially-plane rest configuration inside the inside volume. The sheet presents a bottom edge having a portion that, in the rest configuration, penetrates into the constricted opening to initiate the deformation of the sheet, so as to bring it subsequently into its deformed configuration.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 9, 2010Publication date: September 6, 2012Applicant: VALOIS SASInventors: Romain Bertin, Sophie Feschet-Magdelaine, Patrick Muller

Patent number: 6405845Abstract: A hydraulic damper (10) for damping vibrations in the fluid flow path between a hydraulic pressure source and an associated hydraulic consumer comprises a cylinder (11) having a bore (19). A piston (12) is sidably received in the bore and has a sealing means (30) in contact with the bore to define on one side of the sealing means a first chamber (13) for connection with the hydraulic pressure source and on the other side of the sealing means a second chamber (14) for connection with the associated hydraulic consumer. The cylinder has a sealing zone (20) which in a first operative state of the damper is contacted by the sealing means. The piston (12) is capable in response to an increase in hydraulic pressure in the first chamber (13) of moving in the bore to reduce the volume of the second chamber (14) such that eventually the sealing means (30) moves out of the sealing zone to open fluid flow means (22) through which hydraulic fluid can flow from the first chamber to the second chamber.Type: GrantFiled: September 14, 2000Date of Patent: June 18, 2002Assignee: Automotive Products France SAInventors: Patrick Muller, Laurent Compain
