  • Patent number: 11380034
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for semantically-consistent image style transfer. One of the methods includes: receiving an input source domain image; processing the source domain image using one or more source domain low-level encoder neural network layers to generate a low-level representation; processing the low-level representation using one more high-level encoder neural network layers to generate an embedding of the input source domain image; processing the embedding using one or more high-level decoder neural network layers to generate a high-level feature representation of features of the input source domain image; and processing the high-level feature representation of the features of the input source domain image using one or more target domain low-level decoder neural network layers to generate an output target domain image that is from the target domain but that has similar semantics to the input source domain image.

  • Publication number: 20220207456
Abstract: A method for a lead grading platform can include, receiving a lead from a lead vendor, wherein the lead comprises a plurality of lead attribute values, converting the plurality of lead attribute values to a plurality of benchmark values, assigning the lead to a pre-determined cluster and a pre-determined sub-cluster based on the plurality of benchmark values, determining a grade for the lead based on the pre-determined cluster and the pre-determined sub-cluster, and responding to the grade being greater than a threshold grade by: delivering the lead to a lead consumer. In this way, a conversion rate of leads delivered to a lead consumer may be greater than an overall conversion rate of an unfiltered population of leads.

  • Publication number: 20220070754
Abstract: The identification of a user device as an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) may cause the wireless communication network to implement certain operations. A determination may be made based on one or more behavior characteristics of a user device as to whether the user device is an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) instead of an airborne user device carried in a manned aircraft as the user device communicates with a wireless communication network via one or more base stations. In response to determining that the user device is the UAV instead of the airborne user device carried in the manned aircraft, a base station handover threshold for the UAV may be modified to prolong a communication duration of the UAV with a base station when a decrease in signal strength or an increase in signal interference of a signal provided by the base station occurs.

  • Publication number: 20220036763
Abstract: Disclosed is a braille display that is impact resistant and that employs a modular construction. The impact resistance is achieved, in part, by molded and resilient end caps. Each end cap includes a centrally positioned slit that functions in absorbing lateral impacts to the display. The impact resistance is further achieved by an over molded housing that is positioned about an associated USB connector. The modularity of the display is achieved by way of a subassembly that is releasably secured within the interior of a main housing. The subassembly, in turn, includes a series of cell compartments that are arranged in groups. Each group of cell compartments is controlled by an individual shift register. This allows a grouping cell compartments to be removed and replaced as needed without disturbing the remaining cell components.

  • Patent number: 11227385
Abstract: Methods for classifying and measuring orientations of objects, as nonlimiting examples, implants utilizing two-dimensional radiographs. One such method determines a three-dimensional orientation of an object based on its area projected onto a two-dimensional image and known or measured geometry. Another such method provides an automated solution to computationally determine the orientation and characterizing features of an implant based on two-dimensional radiographs. Orientations and characteristics of one or more objects in the vicinity of an object of interest may also be determined.

  • Patent number: 11228722
Abstract: Disclosed is a video processor for a magnifier camera. In particular, the disclosure relates to a video processor that eliminates the use of a frame buffer. This, in turn, reduces the latency otherwise present in the video signal. The disclosed video processor also allows selected portions of the display to be shaded. This highlights the non-shaded portions of the display while at the same time allowing the entire object to be perceived by the user.

  • Patent number: 11212728
Abstract: The identification of a user device as an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) may cause the wireless communication network to implement certain operations. A user device communicating with a wireless communication network may be determined to be an UAV based on one or more behavior characteristics of the user device. Accordingly, a base station handover threshold for the UAV may be modified to prolong a communication duration of the UAV with a base station when a decrease in signal strength or an increase in signal interference of a signal provided by the base station occurs. The base station handover threshold is a threshold for determining when to handover communication between the UAV and the wireless communication network from the base station to an additional base station. The modification of base station handover threshold reduces a handover rate of the UAV between multiple base stations of the wireless communication network.
