    Abstract: A prostate biopsy guide system may comprise a horizontal slide member, a vertical support movably coupled to the horizontal slide member, a vertical slide member movably coupled to the vertical support, a needle mount coupled to the vertical slide member, and a locking mechanism coupled to the vertical slide member. The system may allow precise positioning and control of a biopsy needle for transperineal prostate biopsy procedures. The locking mechanism may enable selective locking of vertical movement and swivel movement in different configurations. The horizontal slide member may include rails and a crossbar for mounting to an ultrasound probe. The vertical support and slide member may allow controlled vertical and angular adjustment of the needle mount.

    Abstract: In some aspects, the disclosure provides systems and methods for delivering a conformable, fillable balloon to a target location. A balloon delivery system and balloon may include a tubular elongate shaft with a first lumen extending from a proximal end to a distal end and a hypotube with a second lumen extending from a proximal end to a distal end. A conformable, fillable balloon may be releasably coupled to the distal end of the elongate shaft or hypotube. The balloon may be expandable from a compressed lower profile delivery configuration to an expanded deployed configuration. An interior cavity of the balloon may be in fluid communication with the lumen of the elongate shaft. The balloon is configured to contain a filler material and bound the spread of the filler material as it gels or hardens.
