The server processes the compiled user's query to determine a category for the user's question, select one or more service providers, communicate the user's query to the selected one or more service providers, and generate a receipt for the user's query and an estimated time to expect a response from a service provider. A response is received from a one of the selected one or more service providers and a direct live communication is established between the user and the one of the selected one or more service providers.
