  • Patent number: 12607401
Abstract: A method for drying a component interior of a component can be used in a lithographic process chain. The method includes a first drying step, in which simultaneously heated air is admitted into a component interior through an inlet, and the heated air is sucked out of the component interior through an outlet. The method also includes a succeeding second drying step, in which the inlet for the heated air is closed and the air is sucked out of the component interior, resulting in a reduced pressure is generated in the component interior.

  • Publication number: 20190120054
Abstract: Provided herein is a rotary steam motor comprising an inlet assembly, a rotor assembly, and an exhaust assembly. The inlet assembly includes an inlet port and an inlet housing, the inlet port being configured to allow steam to enter the inlet housing. The rotor assembly includes a rotor having a plurality of vane slots, a support shaft, and a plurality of vanes, wherein the support shaft is configured to rotate with the rotor, and each vane is configured to slidably engage within a respective vane slot. The exhaust assembly includes an exhaust port and an exhaust housing, the exhaust port being configured to allow steam to exit the exhaust housing. The rotary steam engine further comprises a variable duration throttle assembly, wherein the variable duration throttle assembly is configured to regulate the flow of steam into the rotor assembly from the inlet assembly.

  • Publication number: 20070171372
Abstract: An adjustable and foldable device for visual field testing or treatment includes a computer display mounted on a base and presents visual stimuli to the patient. An associated head support assembly with a chinrest supports and positions the head of the subject with respect to the display. An articulated arm joins the base and the head support assembly. The arm will resist a given downward force supplied by the head, and is foldable toward the display to create a more compact and portable device. Additional articulations may allow the head support assembly to fold upon arm, and the arm to fold upon the base. The device may include a locking mechanism that secures the device in a folded or unfolded configuration.

  • Publication number: 20050177108
Abstract: An external infusion device enclosed in a multiple-housing casing. Enclosed within an outer wall, a first housing encloses a reservoir of liquid and a drive mechanism. A second housing encloses a pump and electronics for controlling the drive mechanism to dispense the liquid from the reservoir according to a selected pattern. A separate third housing encloses a battery or batteries. The first and third housings are vented to atmosphere via primary vents with hydrophobic barriers. The second housing is vented to at least one of the first and third housings via a secondary vent with a hydrophobic barrier. The hydrophobic barriers allow passage of air, and allow pressure equalization, but prevent passage of liquid. Liquid entering one housing is prevented from flowing into the other adjoining housings.
