  • Publication number: 20250026165
Abstract: A bump stop for a suspension system. The bump stop comprises an outer shell around an internal structure; and one or more ports. The outer shell retains air within the bump stop. Air is vented through the one or more ports. The internal structure includes a variable density infill structure. The outer shell is detached from the internal structure at one or more locations. A core includes sidewalls with accordion-style bellows. A base region has a higher density than the internal structure.

  • Patent number: 11504945
Abstract: An item may be formed from structures that include holes. Stitching may be used to form a seam that joins the structures. The stitching may be formed from a chain stitch that passes through the holes. The holes may be formed from loops of knit fabric or other holes. Leather layers, polymer layers, fabric layers, and other structures with holes may be joined using the stitching. During fabrication, a layer of material with holes may be placed on an adjustable-shape fixture having a bed of needles. The shape of the bed of nails in the adjustable-shape fixture may then be changed. After the fixture has been used to transform the shape of one or more of the structures, the structures may be placed on needles in an assembly fixture and the stitching between the structures may be formed. The item may be an electronic device cover or other item.

  • Publication number: 20190262684
Abstract: A swing training bat and accompanying method, the bat having a close-ended uniform cylindrical body with a hollow chamber containing a fluid weight therein. The fluid weight is sufficient in mass and volume, yet sufficiently low in viscosity, to allow the fluid weight to slide within the core and thereby generate tactile, kinesthetic, and acoustic feedback cues to the user upon user-initiated and user-performed swinging motions of the bat.
