  • Patent number: 10519998
Abstract: An expansion anchor, including at least one anchor body as a first element and at least one bolt as a second element, wherein the bolt has an expansion body, which pushes the anchor body radially outward when the expansion body is moved in an extraction direction in relation to the anchor body is provided. A double coating having an inner layer and an outer layer covering the inner layer is provided on one of the two elements in an area of contact with the other element, wherein the outer layer has a coefficient of friction with respect to the other element that is greater than a coefficient of friction of the inner layer with respect to the other element.

  • Patent number: 10018213
Abstract: An expansion anchor is provided having a stud and at least one expansion sleeve that surrounds the stud, whereby, on the stud, there is an expansion cone that radially widens the expansion sleeve when the expansion cone is pulled into the expansion sleeve. It is provided that the expansion sleeve has a hardness of more than 350 HV in the area of its front end facing the expansion cone, whereby the hardness of the expansion sleeve decreases towards its rear end. A production method for such an expansion anchor is also provided.

  • Patent number: 9970467
Abstract: An expansion anchor including a bolt and an expansion sleeve surrounding the bolt is provided, the bolt having: an expansion cone in the region of the front end of the bolt, which expansion cone radially enlarges the expansion sleeve when moved into same; a threaded section for introducing tensile forces into the bolt; a shoulder that limits a movement of the expansion sleeve away from the expansion cone; and at least one anti-rotation protrusion for inhibiting a rotation of the expansion sleeve in relation to the bolt, the protrusion originating at the shoulder and protruding radially outwards on the bolt. The axial length of the anti-rotation protrusion is smaller than the pitch of the threaded section arranged on the bolt.

  • Publication number: 20160252121
Abstract: An expansion anchor for anchoring in a drilled hole in a substrate, including a bolt with a front end and a rear end opposite the front end, an expansion sleeve arranged on the bolt, an expansion cone pressing the expansion sleeve radially outward when the expansion cone is displaced in an extraction direction relative to the expansion sleeve, a counter bearing for axially pressing an attachment part to the substrate, and arranged in the region of the rear end of the bolt, and a spring element arranged on the bolt for axially tensioning the counter bearing against the attachment part. The axial spring force F of the spring element lies in the range from Fmin<Fmax where Fmin=dmaxĂ—0.2 kN/mm?0.8 kN Fmax=dmaxĂ—0.6 kN/mm if the spring element is axially slackened 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm from its maximum spring deflection.
