  • Publication number: 20240010079
Abstract: The invention relates, inter alia, to a cross beam (18) for a ladder frame (10) of a motor vehicle, preferably a utility vehicle. The cross beam (18) comprises an elongated support body (46) having an top side, a bottom side and at least one through hole (52, 54) connecting the top side and the bottom side. The cross beam (18) has at least one elastomeric bearing (48, 50) arranged in the at least one through hole (52, 54) and configured to elastically support an assembly (12), preferably comprising a traction battery, on the cross beam (18). The integration of the at least one elastomeric bearing (48, 50) into the at least one through hole (52, 54) may allow a high connection stiffness around the at least one elastomeric bearing (48, 50).

  • Publication number: 20230302888
Abstract: The invention relates to a motor holder (3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4) for fastening an electric motor (1) to a support frame (2) of a vehicle (10), wherein the support frame (2) preferably comprises two longitudinal members (2bj, 2b2) which are spaced apart from each other and are interconnected via a plurality of cross members (2aj, 2a2, 2a3, 2a4). The invention further relates to a vehicle (10) having a motor holder (3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4) of this type. It is provided here that the motor holder (3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.

  • Patent number: 10953738
Abstract: The invention relates to an arrangement for the drive mounting, in particular for a motor vehicle, preferentially a utility vehicle. The arrangement comprises a supporting structure, in particular a cross member structure. The arrangement comprises an, in particular electric, drive unit, which is attached to the supporting structure in a 3-point mounting on an underside and/or from below. Advantageously, the drive unit can thus be fed to the motor vehicle from the rear end. The drive unit can be practically lifted in order to be then attached to the supporting structure on an underside or from below. The 3-point mounting makes possible a quick assembly. In addition, a static redundancy of the mounting through too many bearing points (e.g. four or more) is prevented.
