  • Publication number: 20240079979
Abstract: The disclosure belongs to the field of motors, and discloses a motor vibration reduction control method comprising: step a, determining whether an actual vibration amplitude of the motor exceeds a preset amplitude; step b, if the actual vibration amplitude exceeds the preset amplitude, determining peak time periods and valley time periods of a cogging torque of the motor, and controlling a duty cycle of a pulse signal for driving the motor during the peak time periods to be higher than a duty cycle of the pulse signal during the valley time periods. The motor vibration reduction method of the present disclosure can reduce adverse effect of the cogging torque fluctuation of the motor on the output torque of the motor, thereby reducing the vibration of the motor, prolonging its service life and reducing its noise.

  • Patent number: 10333369
Abstract: A motor driving assembly includes a single phase motor and a torque transmission mechanism. The torque transmission mechanism includes a driving member being driven by the motor, a driven member for driving a load to rotate along a predetermined direction, and a connecting device comprising a resilient member and a damping member. The resilient member includes one end connected to the driving member and the other end connected to the driven member. The damping member is coated on or attached over the resilient member, or filled in a gap of the resilient member, or the resilient member is made from a damping material in order to reduce noise produced by the resilient member.

  • Patent number: 5814915
Abstract: A miniature electric motor having a wound rotor uses brush gear 20 comprising strips 23 formed from flexible printed circuit board material 22 having a conductive layer 24 and a supporting layer 25. The conductive layer 24 is electrically connected to motor terminals 19 and to a contact portion 26 arranged for making sliding contact with a commutator of the motor. The contact portion 26 of the brush 21 may be coated with a precious metal for contact or corrosion resistance requirements. The backing material 25, preferably polyimide, is chosen of a desired thickness to provide strength, resilience and vibration damping characteristics while remaining flexible.

  • Patent number: 5806171
Abstract: Apparatus and method for producing polymeric type positive temperature coefficient resistor devices takes a strip of PTC material (100) preferably produced by a continuous extrusion and lamination process and cuts discrete devices (10) from the strip. The cutter (42) cuts the devices to a precise predetermined length and the resistance of each device is measured as it is cut. The predetermined length of each device to be cut is determined based on a desired resistance value of the device and the length and measured resistance of the just cut device. Printing station (55) adds indicia to the devices indicating relevant information about the devices.

  • Patent number: 5796203
Abstract: A commutator has a base, a plurality of commutator segments mounted on the base and a noise suppression element. The noise suppression element is electrically connected to the segments by a connecting element, in the form of an elastomeric ring having conductive portions, which is compressed between the noise suppression element and the commutator segments, or terminals associated with the commutator segments, to avoid the need to solder the noise suppression element to the segments.
