  • Publication number: 20070066169
Abstract: An apparatus for producing a durable and high strength laminated material. In this apparatus, a layer of base material and a layer of web material are laminated and bound with a water-based adhesive to form a new material. During lamination, both base and web materials are concurrently fed into a pair of rollers to effect cold lamination to yield a continuous laminated sheeting. The laminated sheeting emerged from the combining rollers is capable of being cut, sewn or glued and can be used as raw material to produce durable and reusable laminated boxes, gift bags, gift wraps, scrapbooks, covers, shower curtains, etc.
    Type: Application
    Filed: October 13, 2006
    Publication date: March 22, 2007
Inventors: Jorge Perelman, Patrick Tighe, Rosa Bautista, Gabriel Pujol, Pedro Carbonell, Haroldo Puga
  • Publication number: 20070066471
Abstract: Ordinary bags are made of either paper or plastic material. Due to a puncture of the bag, the point of puncture quickly becomes a ripping point to further enlarge an originally small opening. The present invention overcomes this shortcoming of ordinary bags by using a new material that is produced by adhering a web material with a base material. The web material would effectively serve as a safety net to prevent further ripping of the bag once the base material of the bag is punctured.

  • Publication number: 20050114548
Abstract: The present invention is an on-request service precluding unwanted solicitation of electronic messages. More specifically, an environment is created whereby a user may request information in desired categories, customize each request with respect to the amount of information wanted, the active duration of such request, the device or IP address(es) to which to deliver such information and other user-specified preferences. Further, an advertiser may respond to the request by providing the sought after information by way of the service, and may, in turn, define requirements and specifications related to budget, time period, response goals, etc. The system operates on the basis of subscriber and supplier having active requests and historical record of requests and fulfillment managed as Information Accounts.
