  • Patent number: 12565315
Abstract: A system for providing a beverage in an aircraft, as well as a galley system comprising a first and second trolley, and an aircraft. The system comprises a first and second trolley, the second trolley detachably couplable to the first trolley via a coupling arrangement. The first trolley comprises a water tank fluidly connected to an outlet arrangement, and the second trolley comprises an inlet arrangement, a dispenser outlet, and a fluid conduit to permit fluid flow between the inlet arrangement and the dispenser outlet. The outlet arrangement of the first trolley is fluidly connectable to the inlet arrangement of the second trolley, and at least one trolley comprises a fluid propulsion arrangement for moving a fluid from the water tank to the dispenser outlet such that the first trolley is couplable to the second trolley to provide a flow of water from the water tank to the dispenser outlet.

  • Publication number: 20250361010
Abstract: A storage tank trolley for an aircraft cabin, including a tank configured to store a fluid; a temperature regulating device; a power interface; and a fluid transfer interface. The temperature regulating device is connected to the power interface for providing electric power from a source to the temperature regulating device for generating thermal energy by the temperature regulating device. The temperature regulating device is configured to supply the generated thermal energy to the tank for temperature treatment to maintain or actively change a temperature of a fluid inside the tank. The fluid transfer interface is connected to the tank and configured to be couplable with a fluid transfer interface of a dispensing trolley. A docking system, an aircraft galley arrangement, an aircraft and a method for operating a storage tank trolley are also provided.

  • Publication number: 20250353611
Abstract: A water supply system and water consumer assembly having a buffer tank and a conveying device. The water supply system further comprises a bypass pipe fluidly coupled to a discharge pipe upstream and downstream of the conveying device. A pressure relief valve arranged in the bypass pipe is configured to open when a pressure of the water in the bypass pipe exceeds a threshold pressure level and to block water from flowing through the bypass pipe when the pressure of the water in the bypass pipe is below the threshold pressure level.
