Abstract: An arm wrestling apparatus including a base, an upstanding arm member pivotally connected to the base, a hand-engaging portion on the free end of the arm member, adjustable biasing means urging pivotal movement of the upstanding arm member in one direction, rotatable means associated with the biasing means to control the tension therein, tension-indicating means associated the biasing means, locking means for selectively maintaining the arm member in an upstanding position, and stop means associated with the base adjacent the arm member to limit the extent of movement thereof.
