  • Patent number: 11391280
Abstract: A pump includes a housing having a first end and a second end and extending along a longitudinal axis and a discharge casing having a first end coupleable to the second end of the housing. The discharge casing extends along the longitudinal axis coaxial to the housing. A dismounting device includes a first dismount casing and a second dismount casing disposed between the discharge casing and the second end of the housing. The dismounting device extends along the longitudinal axis coaxial to the housing and the discharge casing.

Assignee: CIRCOR PUMPS NORTH AMERICA, LLC.
Inventors: Patrick Wecking, Berthold Rottmann, Simon Malburg, Thomas Reitz
  • Patent number: 11280333
Abstract: A system and method for coupling a temperature monitoring system within a progressive cavity pump to combat dry-running. A temperature monitoring system for use in a progressive cavity pump for monitoring the internal temperature of an elastomeric stator. The temperature monitoring system includes a sleeve and a temperature sensor disposed therein. The sleeve is inserted into a shell portion of the stator before vulcanizing the elastomeric stator so that the sleeve is vulcanized to the elastomeric stator.

  • Publication number: 20200166031
Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to an improved system and method for coupling a temperature monitoring system within a progressive cavity pump to combat dry-running. More specifically, the present disclosure describes a temperature monitoring system for use in a progressive cavity pump for monitoring the internal temperature of an elastomeric stator. The temperature monitoring system may include a sleeve and a temperature sensor disposed therein. The present disclosure achieves the desired results by inserting the sleeve into a shell portion of the stator before vulcanizing the elastomeric stator so that the sleeve may be vulcanized to the elastomeric stator.

  • Patent number: 7101831
Abstract: The invention relates to novel compositions of matter which may advantageously be used as lubricants or pressure transfer media or else for functional liquids and lubricant additives. The lubricants according to the invention are the reaction products of an electro-philic addition of linear or branched, aliphatic or aromatic carboxylic acids, carboxylic anhydrides, carbonyl halides or novel neoacids to the double bonds of fatty acids, esters thereof and/or of other fatty acid derivatives and also of synthetic esters. Owing to their increased oxidation resistance compared to the starting materials and also their low toxicity, the novel class of synthetic esters based on oleochemicals may find use in novel environmentally compatible lubricants, pressure transfer systems, functional liquids and lubricant additives.
