  • Publication number: 20240138029
Abstract: A PTC heating device has a frame surrounding an accommodation space, at least one PTC element accommodated in the accommodation space, and conductor elements, which are connected to the PTC element in an electrically conductive manner and enclose the PTC element between them. Each of the conductor elements is surrounded by a frame segment. The frame segments are welded together to enclose the PTC element in the accommodation space. In the method according to the invention, injection molded plastic frame segments having interacting connection segments are connected to conductor elements. At least one PTC element is then introduced between the frame segments. The frame segments are approached to each other until the connection segments abut against each other. The connection segments are then melted. As a result of this melting, the frame segments are approached further to each other until the conductor elements abut against the PTC element.

  • Publication number: 20220329243
Abstract: The invention relates to an operator control unit for a measuring instrument for process or automation engineering, the operator control unit consisting of at least two adjacently arranged control panels (10a), the control panels (10a) being operated by pressing on a respective shape-variable or elastic housing region (2a) having a respective capacitive sensor element (11) disposed thereunder. The sensor elements (11) each have a first electrode (11a) as a lower plate capacitor and a counter-electrode (11b) arranged in parallel thereabove as an upper plate capacitor, and pressing on one of the housing regions (2a) causes the respective upper plate capacitor (11b) to approach the respective lower plate capacitor (11a), thus changing the capacitance. The first electrode (11a) is attached to a first carrier material (12) and the counter-electrode (11b) is attached to a second carrier material (13).

  • Patent number: 8549962
Abstract: A drive design for a fastening element in-stalled using screws, in particular, a screw or a nut, comprises drive surfaces (13) disposed at least approximately in radial planes and transition surfaces (15) disposed between said drive surfaces. In one embodiment of the outside of the surfaces, the surfaces form a saw shape, In this way, when rotation is in one direction in which a tool en-gages with the drive surfaces (13), torque-application results, whereas in the opposite rotational direction a force component is produced that acts on the tool without engaging with the screw drive design. A tool is designed to be complementary to the screw drive design. The screw drive design can be an inner shaping as well an outer shaping. The same applies for a nut. This drive design is intended for designing a screw connector in such a way that it can be tightened once, but cannot be loosened any longer.
